Operation procedure of Christmas tree for wellhead equipment

1. Operation purpose

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure the correct operation of the gas well in the process of well opening, shut in and daily oil nozzle adjustment, and use the adjustment of valves and nozzles on the Christmas tree of each well, so as to avoid jamming and damage of Christmas tree valve and fracture of oil nozzle due to human error.

2. Scope of application

This operation procedure is applicable to all natural gas wells on PY30-1 platform and the gas wells using American drill cage type nozzle. It is used for maintenance, recovery and daily adjustment of oil nozzle after wellhead surface equipment failure.

3. Operation procedure

3.1 preparation before well opening of gas well

3.1.1 confirm that the instrument gas system is normal.

3.1.6 confirm that the instrument gas supply pressure (originally designed to be 600kpa, later changed to 800kpa), the hydraulic oil pressure is 35000kpa and the hydraulic oil level is 80 & mdash; 90% of the oil level window.

3.1.2 bypass will cause low low pressure, low liquid level and low low temperature shut-off signals of stage 3 shut-off, and bypass the single well signal related to the operation well.

3.1.4 make sure that the wellhead control panel is working normally, and that the connection of wax removal valve pressure and relief pipeline is completed.

3.1.5 confirm that the downstream process is smooth.

3.1.6 confirm that all SDV, BDV and automatic control valves of main process flow are in correct state.

3.1.7 confirm that the TEG regeneration system can operate normally.

3.2 gas well opening operation procedures

3.2.1 the opening valve position operation sequence shall follow the principle of bottom-up, and the upstream and downstream pressure of safety valve shall be balanced according to the actual situation.

3.2.2 keep the downhole safety valve SCSSV open, check the hydraulic oil circuit pressure, and keep the choke valve opening more than 12 "(output: 150000m3-200000 m3).

3.2.3 open the manual main valve and manual wing valve in turn. When the two gate valves are fully open, the handwheel should return to the closing direction for half a circle to ensure that the gate valve will not be stuck.

3.2.4 introduce the pressure of adjacent wells from the wax removal valve to balance the upstream and downstream pressure of the main safety valve mssv. After the pressure is balanced, close the wax removal valve and relieve the pressure of the pressure pipeline between the two wells.

3.2.5 open the main safety valve mssv and wing safety valve WSSV in turn.

3.2.6 use the nozzle to adjust the output and lock the nozzle after completion.

3.2.7 observe whether there is vibration, frozen blockage or other abnormal conditions of the oil nozzle, and deal with them in time.

3.3 gas well shut in operation procedures

3.3.1 in general, the well shall not be shut down at will except for emergency situations such as equipment failure, fire shut-down and other emergencies and the shut in order issued by the superior competent department.

3.3.2 the operation sequence of shut in valve position follows the operation principle from top to bottom.

3.3.3 record the pressure temperature and size of the oil nozzle before shut in.

3.3.4 close wellhead wing safety valve and wellhead main safety valve in turn.

3.3.5 close the manual wing valve and the manual main valve. When the two gate valves are fully closed, the hand wheel shall return to the open direction for half a circle to ensure that the gate valve will not be stuck; turn down the oil nozzle and keep the opening degree of more than 12 "(output of 150000-200000 M3) to avoid the wedge-shaped mouth of oil nozzle valve core stuck.

3.3.6 keep the downhole safety valve open (except for major operation, emergency, evacuation or long-term shut in, the downhole safety valve shall not be closed in general).

3.4 mark the nozzle with zero

3.4.1 remove the handwheel and turn the valve rod to zero by hand.

3.4.1 turn the hand wheel clockwise until it can't be turned by hand, and turn the hand wheel in reverse direction for half a circle.

3.4.1 align the upper position of the three zero lines on the scale sleeve with the shape notch on the packing box, and then tighten the locking screw on the scale sleeve.

3.5 operating procedures for nozzle adjustment

3.5.1 when shutting in the well in normal production, the opening of the oil nozzle should be kept above 12 (with the output of 150000-200000 cubic meters). After the well is shut in, the opening of the oil nozzle should be locked. When the well is opened again, the opening should be kept to open the well.

3.5.2 in case of unexpected shut down (single well) and need to open the well again, the nozzle should be closed and adjusted to zero, and then the nozzle should be opened to 120 (production of 150000-200000 cubic meters) and locked to open the well.

3.5.3 under any circumstances, it is not allowed to switch the oil nozzle with the force amplifier.

3.5.4 when adjusting the oil nozzle, it should be carried out slowly to avoid accidental damage to the oil nozzle caused by too fast switch.

3.5.5 follow the instruction of central control, adjust the opening of nozzle steadily, and record relevant data.

Safety precautions for wellhead equipment

4.1 report to the central control and follow the instructions of the central control before each step of operation.

4.2 when closing the manual gate valve on the Christmas tree, it is necessary to ensure that the hand wheel is turned back half a circle anticlockwise after it is closed clockwise to ensure that the gate valve will not be stuck; the principle of opening the gate valve is the same.

4.3 when the oil nozzle is marked with zero, in order to avoid sticking the wedge-shaped port of the nozzle valve core, it is necessary to remove the hand wheel and adjust the zero by hand, and reduce the force that the valve core touches the inner sleeve to locate the zero calibration slope during zero calibration, so as to ensure that the valve core can rotate normally for half a circle.

4.4 it is strictly forbidden to use the nozzle as the isolation valve, and the opening of 120 "(production capacity of 150000-200000 m3) should be maintained to avoid excessive pressure difference between the upstream and downstream of the nozzle, and the valve core will be broken during adjustment.

4.5 regularly carry out grease injection maintenance for Christmas tree and nozzle, and check and test relevant valves.
