Casing head, tubing head, hanger, secondary sealing and supporting tools are suitable for high pressure, high sulfur environment, casing program of various casing specifications, used to control wellhead pressure and adjust flow of oil / gas well, so as to realize normal oil and gas production.

Product features

1. Casing head shell:

The connection types at the bottom of casing head shell body are: threaded type, welding type and slip type;

The casing head shell body can be equipped with a jack screw assembly to fix the casing anti-wear sleeve and casing hanger;

The casing head shell is designed with pressure test, grease injection and pressure relief interface, which is convenient for maintenance and testing;

The casing shell is suitable for JSB and JC casing hanger, and also suitable for mandrel casing hanger.

2. Casing head spool:

The casing head cross is designed with a jacking screw assembly, which is used to fix the casing anti-wear sleeve and casing hanger;

A variety of secondary seal structures are provided, such as PE, EBS, r-bushing, canh, single and double P seal, single and double FS seal, etc;

The casing head cross is designed with pressure test, grease injection and pressure relief interface, which is convenient for maintenance and testing.

3. Casing hanger:

It can support 50% of the casing tensile strength load;

Two slip components are suitable for casing string suspension under heavy load condition;

Setting method: casing hanging weight;

The suitable temperature range is - 46 ℃ - 121 ℃;

Locking screws are designed to prevent accidental opening.
