Application classification of wellhead equipment and installation procedure of Christmas tree wellhead equipment

Wellhead equipment and Christmas tree can be basically divided into: oil production wellhead device, gas production wellhead device, fracturing and acidizing wellhead device, thermal recovery wellhead device and other wellhead devices.

Wellhead equipment and Christmas tree are mainly composed of gate valve, throttle valve, three-way, four-way, plug valve, emergency shut-off valve and other pressure components. The typical products of wellhead equipment and Christmas tree for type test are gate valve, plug valve, check valve, throttle valve, emergency shut-off valve, Christmas tree, Christmas tree, wellhead equipment (tubing head, casing head) and thermal recovery wellhead device.

Installation procedure of Christmas tree wellhead device:

1. Clean the sealing surface of tubing hanger, the surface of four-way inner cavity and the inner buckle of main diameter to ensure no impurities and burr. Seal the cable and hydraulic control pipeline, and apply grease to the corresponding sealing parts and sealing positions;

2. Put down the return tubing hanger, pay attention to the return direction of the tubing hanger, keep the main diameter, cable seal and casing wing valve in the same line, and tighten the tubing hanger jack screw diagonally;

3. When installing the lifting nipple, make sure that its surface has no burr and no deformation, and all seals are in good condition. The height of the sealing nipple is at the same height as the joint of the hydraulic control pipeline, or the lifting nipple is slightly lower than the joint of the control pipeline;

4. A Christmas tree with four bolts and full buckle on the diagonal (no need to tighten);

5. Pressure test for main diameter seal and hydraulic control pipeline seal respectively; first connect the hand pump to the pressure test hole of lifting short joint, and at the same time, loosen the corresponding pressure relief hole (90 degree direction). After the hand pressure pump is pressurized to the pressure relief hole, tighten the pressure relief hole plug, continue the pressure test to 3000psi, stabilize the pressure for 10min, and conduct the pressure test for the hydraulic control pipeline seal according to the above steps, and the pressure relief hole is at 20 Degree direction.

6. Seal the cable crossing (add sealing filler: 1 iron + 2 glue + 1 iron). After sealing, if there is a gap around the seal, properly apply grease to cover the gap and seal periphery.

7. Smash all bolts of the Christmas tree diagonally, and conduct pressure test (cable sealing) on the Christmas tree. The pressure test method is the same as the pressure test procedure of the hydraulic control pipeline. The pressure relief hole is in the 180 degree direction of the pressure test hole. After passing the pressure test, the pressure is tightened and the installation of the Christmas tree wellhead device is completed.
